Blanch Vance

Blanch Vance is a seasoned strategist and change manager with over fifteen years of experience in philanthropy, focusing on social justice efforts. Growing up in Los Angeles, she valued community care and collaboration. Since 2021, Blanch has co-led a funder working group to improve grantmaking practices. She works at the Grove Foundation and its 501c4 social welfare organization, the Grove Action Fund. Her past roles include grantmaking at various foundations and fundraising for a social justice nonprofit. Blanch holds a master's degree in public administration, a graduate certificate in Nonprofit Sector Management, and a BA in History and Communications. She is involved with several leadership initiatives and lives in the Bay Area with her husband and rescue puppy, Summer.
