VP, Customer Success Modernization at Blackbaud

Based in London, Dan is the vice president of customer success modernization and managing director of the International Markets Group for Blackbaud Customer Success. With 20 years’ experience across the social impact sector, he has worked in customer-focused roles at Blackbaud for 9 years and before that was a customer since 2003, latterly as part of the executive leadership team for fundraising at the University of Oxford. Dan is also Chair of Trustees at inHive, a charity working across the globe to empower young people through networks.
