Dr. Jennifer Blalock

Jennifer Blalock, EdD, CPM holds a Doctorate of Higher Education Leadership from Nova Southeastern University and a Masters in Adult Education from The University of Southern Mississippi. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mercyhurst University, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in English. With over over two decades of progressively advancing leadership in city government and higher education, she has held executive-level roles at Collin College, Phi Theta Kappa, Eastern Florida State College, and Florida Keys Community College. She currently serves as Manager of Learning & Organizational Development for the City of Savannah and “Chief Energy Officer” of InJenuity Solutions, an organizational effectiveness and individual coaching consulting collaborative. Dr. Blalock specializes in workforce training, economic development, college and career readiness, and urban core community engagement, as well as public-private partnerships. She regularly facilitates training and speaks nationally on topics including workforce development and training, college completion, and student success.
