Jimmy Cudzilo is the Chief Technology Officer at Ensworth School in Nashville, Tennessee — a role that builds on his 25 years of experience in educational technology leadership across K–12 and higher education. He joined Ensworth after 14 years at Miami Country Day School, where he rose from Director of Applications & Data Solutions to Interim CIO and, ultimately, Chief Information Officer.

In both his CTO role at Ensworth and previously as CIO at Miami Country Day, Jimmy leads integrated technology organizations spanning IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and data governance for independent school communities.

Over his career, Jimmy has built broad expertise across the technology landscape: enterprise systems integration, cybersecurity and regulatory compliance, data governance, and emerging areas like AI adoption in K–12 settings, where he has co-chaired cross-divisional teams guiding mission-aligned rollout of AI tools and curriculum integration. His work also includes deep, hands-on experience with Blackbaud's K–12 solutions, giving him a practitioner's understanding of how technology strategy translates into results for schools running on Blackbaud's platform.
