Kathleen Ward is a principal customer success manager at Blackbaud and has been working in grants management for more than 15 years. Before joining Blackbaud, she led grant administration for a private, independent foundation overseeing the grant life cycle from pre-award to post-award. Kathleen implemented business processes and systems to support the foundation’s programs and ensure operational effectiveness.

She was on the Board of Directors for a nonprofit organization supporting community artisans and providing crafts education and has a Master of Education from Boston University.
