Kathy Kempff is the Founder & CEO of Nuclavis, a mobile-first fundraising technology company helping nonprofits grow peer-to-peer revenue through modern, data-driven engagement strategies. With more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit technology and fundraising, Kathy is a recognized leader in mobile-first engagement, messaging innovation, and the evolution of peer-to-peer fundraising.
Under her leadership, Nuclavis has powered more than $66 million in mobile-driven donations in 2025 alone across 80+ event programs. Kathy works closely with leading nonprofit organizations to help them increase participation, improve fundraiser activation, and drive long-term participant value through mobile and digital experiences.
In addition to her work at Nuclavis, Kathy is the Founder of Moja Tu, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to education in Kenya through scholarships, mentorship, and computer literacy programs—impacting thousands of students each week.
