Senior Strategic Consultant at Blackbaud

Lauren Enlow serves as a Senior Strategic Consultant at Blackbaud, where they leverage advanced data intelligence to empower nonprofit organizations in optimizing their fundraising strategies. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Lauren held the position of Associate Director of Alumni Relations and Annual Giving at Penn State University, Abington Campus.

With more than 16 years of experience in development across both K–12 and higher education sectors, Lauren is deeply committed to expanding educational access and affordability for all students. Her expertise encompasses increasing donor participation and retention through strategic relationship management, impactful event execution, comprehensive donor database administration, and effective stewardship initiatives.

Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from George Washington University, a Master of Public Administration from Ashford University, and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Harvard University.

Beyond professional achievements, Lauren is actively engaged in community service, volunteering with Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She also enjoys spending quality time with family and her dog, Gigi.
