Shelly Baker provides overall strategic leadership in operations management (research, analytics, prospect management, IT, reporting, compliance, etc.) for the Scarborough Health Network Foundation, while developing systems and processes that support the Foundation’s revenue and growth goals. Shelly is an Ontario lawyer with expertise in charitable law. She has a BA Honours from Trent University in Women’s Studies and Classics, her JD from University of Ottawa, and a post-graduate certificate in fundraising and volunteer management from Humber College. With more than 18 years in not-for-profit operations, including many formative years as a prospect researcher, Shelly is passionate about organizational excellence and providing the best possible donor experience.
