For over 15 years, Steph McCluskey has brought her passion for fundraising and data-driven insights to colleges, universities, and nonprofits. Steph specializes in annual giving, with deep experience in digital and direct marketing, volunteer and relationship management, event-based fundraising, and strategic planning.

Steph joined Blackbaud in 2019 as a Principal Strategic Consultant and now leads the Analytics Consulting and Business Consulting Services Teams as Analytics Manager. In this role, she guides a team of experts in delivering increased fundraising outcomes for customers through transformative solutions.
