Suzanne Ghee is the CEO of Thrive Public Affairs, a social impact and healthcare consulting firm. Suzanne has 20 years of healthcare, policy, and advocacy experience. Prior to launching Thrive, she led Community Health at Virtua Health System, creating and building award winning programs that addressed the social determinants of health. Prior to that, Suzanne held roles at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the American College of Physicians. Passionate about health equity, Suzanne serves on two nonprofit boards: The Cherry Hill Free Clinic (Chair) and the Food Bank of South Jersey (Secretary).
During her career, Ghee has a history of thoughtfully growing organizational brand through purposeful advocacy, community building and public affairs. In 2018, she was named Community Advocate of the Year by the National Association of Women Business Owners SJ and is also the recipient of a National Innovation Award by the American Heart Association for her work in creating and launching the Virtua Mobile Farmers Market program, the largest of its kind in the country. A Philadelphia native, Suzanne now resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with her husband Damien, two daughters and three rescue dogs.
