Melissa Bethancourt
Melissa Bethancourt, Financial Solutions Product Manager at Blackbaud, has more than 10 years of experience working in the nonprofit technology space. In 2006, she began her career at Blackbaud as a customer support analyst for Financial Edge and Accounting for Nonprofits—two of Blackbaud’s legacy products—where she applied her deep product knowledge and commitment to customer success to address customers’ business needs and goals. Combining her technical expertise and desire to help customers achieve their missions, Melissa went on to work with a variety of products—including Blackbaud Altru, Blackbaud CRM, Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, and Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT—as a product trainer, quality assurance analyst, and most recently product manager.

Julia Petit
Julia Petit is a product manager supporting Blackbaud’s financial solutions. Prior to joining Blackbaud, Julia discovered her passion for nonprofits while working at her local YMCA in 2007. Wanting to make a bigger impact on the social good community, Julia began her career at Blackbaud in 2008. Since then, she has had the privilege of being able to work to support the success of nonprofit organizations of all shapes and sizes through her roles as financial support analyst, product trainer, and product manager.
